Join the EASD Resiliency Coalition for our first conversation of 2023! On Wednesday, January 18, we'll head out to Tibbets Elementary for a conversation on how to Cheer Kids on With Confidence!

In this conversation, you'll learn how to boost your child's self-esteem by embracing their growth mindset in different ways. Clay Peterson from Walworth County Health and Human Services will be on hand to share his expertise on growth mindset and how it can help teach children what to do in uncertain circumstances.


West Side Winter Break: Wednesday, December 21st-Monday, January 2nd. School resumes: Tuesday, January 3rd.

Ready to clean out your closets over the holidays? The Elkhorn Benefit Boutique invites you to donate clean, slightly used Prom, Snowball, and Homecoming dresses on Friday, January 20, from 4-7 pm. Your donation will benefit the Junior Class prom.
If you need a dress for any occasion, come back Saturday, January 21, between 8 am-12 pm for great prices on dresses - starting at $5 and no higher than $15. We would love to see you as early as possible before we sell out.


The Elkhorn Chamber invites you to a FREE Drive-Through Holiday Meal on Sunday, December 25 between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. at Elkhorn Area High School.

With the Holiday Program just days away, we wanted to send out a few program day reminders.
**Date: Friday, December 9, 2022
**Students will perform for two programs.
**To ensure space, we encourage Last Names A-M attend at 9 am and N-Z attend at 1 pm.
**Please use the Gym Lobby Entrance, Office doors will be locked.
**Parking is limited, please plan accordingly.
**The program will be roughly 1-1.5 hours and will also be live streamed, link to follow.
**Due to limited space in the cafeteria, we are not able to accommodate lunchtime visitors.
After the second program, if you wish to sign your student out early, you must sign them out from their classroom.
**The PTA will be selling tickets for the PTA Basket Raffle. Each ticket is $1 and can be purchased during both programs. Winner will be notified by phone.
We are looking forward to a great turnout and your patience is appreciated.

Reminder: Educational Autism Consultant Mandy Reinke will be presenting to the Elkhorn community on Thursday, December 1 in the James A Wehner Auditorium at Elkhorn Area High School.
This is a FREE event. You will come away with a better understanding of the characteristics of autism, as well as strategies to help support those you love and care for on the Autism Spectrum.
